High Hazard 旅行 (International)

For all international travel, please check U.S. Department of State 旅行 Advisories 和 CSURMA's High Hazardous Country List [pdf] to determine whether your destination is considered "high hazard."

If traveling to a high hazard country:

• 完成 旅行 to High Hazardous Countries Request [DocuSign] to get pre-approval from your Approving Official.  Include a copy with your travel authorization request in 罚球.
• 提交你的 travel authorization request [pdf] well in advance; the travel authorization must arrive at the 总统办公室 至少 45天 before the department date.  This will give 2 weeks to obtain 总统办公室 approval (and Chancellors Office approval for War Risk Countries).  This will also allow time for the university to procure international travel insurance.
